Jump in for a fierce jump kick while charging back, do a standing fierce kick which should hit twice, then perform a two in one scissor kick.
Super combo attack: Jump in with a fierce jump kick while charging back, attack with a low middle kick, while doing the middle kick you should perform the scissor kick super. If you pulled it off right you will perform it. It is hard to do but if you play streetfighter ex + alpha, you will have some experience points.
Bison is better than his SFA2 version, whatever mode you pick. The SFA3 engine helps him in an interesting way: the Head Press is now a nasty way to deal with people that jump. If you nail someone in the air with the head stomp, follow up with the diving punch. Whatever mode you're in, it WILL connect. Xism's Psycho Crusher is nice for putting the presure on or just chipping away. Just don't use it like an idiot. They've replaced Bison's jumping forward [MK] with this stupid looking kick that's far less useful. As a result, Bison's lost his crossup ability. On The whole, Bison's still very effective, though with the loss of his jumping forward [MK] he will now TOTALLY jump over and miss an opponent if he jumps at them from a two-sweep range or less. One more thing about the Psycho Crusher: it may be great against jumpers once it's started, but it seems to have lousy priority vs. ground attacks.

Use Xism! Psycho Crusher is a great move, and SFA3 characters are not as able as SSF2 characters to block and counter this move.
